Shipping Policy
All digital orders are accessed right away through a special link that you will receive in your confirmation email. Upon opening the email and clicking on the link, download and save your digital order right away.
Digital orders can only be accessed using the special link, once. To access your digital order after the initial download, refer to the follow-up email and click on the Customer Center link.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order is processed, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a link to immediately access the digital product.
If you haven’t received your confirmation email (using the email address that you supplied during the transaction) within several minutes of processing your order, check your spam, promotions, or social folders to see if it's in there. If after checking the other folder and your confirmation email has not arrived, please contact us at sherryronning@frommichigantothetable.com with your name, email address, and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refund Policy

"From Michigan To The Table" is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased digital/hard goods/subscription from From Michigan To The Table and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Refunds of Hard Goods:
To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:
1. Refund must be requested in writing by contacting sherryronning@frommichigantothetable.com
2. Request of refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
3. Hard goods must be returned to From Michigan To The Table immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting sherryronning@frommichigantothetable.com as directed in step 1.
4. The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in From Michigan To The Table sole, reasonable discretion.
